Deep has been absolutely wonderful, fixing our washing machine that no one else could repair, and fixing our dishwasher. Deep is very helpful and knowledgeable, and explains everything in simple language that we can understand. We would recommend him highly to anyone that needs a whiteware repair without hesitation.

Prompt, quick reply and we were able to discuss a repair date that worked for us. Communication was excellent via email, and he called before coming to say he was 20 minutes away so we knew he was on the way. During the belt replacement he was very quick and professional, and was more than happy to vacuum out the dust inside the dryer and show us how to take the front panel off for cleaning. Deep was the guy I dealt with, and we will be using him for any future dryer services. Well done Deep — 5 out of 5 stars truly earned and deserved.

After being told by a large appliance store in Hamilton that the parts for our Fisher & Paykel oven were no longer available and that we needed to buy a brand new oven, we called Aotearoa Appliance Services. They said the parts were still available, ordered them, and a few days later did an excellent job of repairing our oven. I highly recommend them.

Deep was fantastic. After initial contact we booked a repair date, then on arrival he assessed the fault and replaced the old appliance with a new one we had supplied just in case. I was charged a smaller fee because the replacement option did not require a second visit. I will not only use this company again, but I will recommend them to my work colleagues and friends.
